  • We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) only.

🚫 Missed Deliveries

  • If you are not available at the time of delivery, the courier will usually attempt redelivery.

  • Unanswered confirmation calls or fake orders may lead to order cancellation or blacklisting.

📸 Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Provide photos and your order details

  • We will investigate and may offer a replacement or partial refund at our discretion
