Welcome to BYTE KART. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

🛒 1. Orders

  • All orders placed through BYTE KART are confirmed via call or message before dispatch.

  • Once confirmed, the order is processed immediately and cannot be canceled afterward.

  • Orders without confirmation may be automatically canceled.

🚚 2. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery time is 3 to 5 business days across Pakistan.

  • Shipping is free of cost.

  • Delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, courier delays, or public holidays.

💵 3. Payment

  • We only offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

  • Customers must make full payment to the delivery person upon receiving the order.

🔁 4. Return & Refund Policy

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges.

  • No refunds will be issued unless:

    • The product is damaged or incorrect, and

    • You report the issue within 24 hours of receiving the order, with valid photo evidence.

Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your data with third parties, except with our logistics partner for delivery purposes.

📵 6. Misuse or Fraud

  • Any attempt to misuse our COD service, place fake orders, or harass our team will result in a permanent block from using BYTE KART.

  • Legal action may be taken against repeated fraudulent behavior.

We reserve the right to update or change these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after changes means you agree to the updated terms.
